Who we are
What we do

Since 1999, D’Arcy Jones Architects has refined an inventive, ever-evolving design process. Over the years, we’ve been recognized for well-crafted projects that are both rational and conceptual, unafraid to explore the more artful sides of architecture. We are drawn to projects that challenge us to explore something new. We believe great design comes from interesting ideas, not from the budget. We work across a wide range of project scales and costs, from modest to large, bringing the same curiosity and commitment to each. Our portfolio includes homes and housing, commercial and arts spaces, and cultural projects, in both urban and rural areas.

We design architecture rooted in place and shaped by time, drawing inspiration from the practical wisdom of historic buildings and the best possibilities of contemporary life. We want our work to feel familiar without imitation and thoughtful without excess. We believe innovation and human comfort go hand in hand.
